COVID-19 NOTICE

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are asking for patience as we process and complete online orders.
We are working around the clock to produce ammunition and process orders so that we can meet everyone’s needs.

All inquires should be submitted to service@gorillaammo.com instead of calling.
We promise to respond as quickly as possible!

Once an order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk mail before emailing us.

If you live in a state that requires documentation to order ammunition please have that information available at the time of purchase and email it along with the order number to service@gorillaammo.com immediately after checkout.

Any order placed prior to March 25 with more than one item and a backordered item will be shipped as two shipments. All future orders with a backordered item will not be shipped until all items become available.
The website will show when an item is in stock or is on backorder.
We do not have specific lead times on backordered items as component lead times have changed.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. If you do not wish to wait for an item, please reconsider your purchase of the backordered item. If you are in immediate need of a particular item, you may place more than one order so that you can receive the in-stock item.

We ship all items via UPS ground.
All industries have been affected by the COVID-19 Virus and shipping times are longer than usual. Once your order is processed, the most efficient way to track your package is with the tracking information provided to your email.
