The TAC-TX has an all-copper design and specially engineered nose cavity. This results in rapid expansion, devastating energy transfer, and weight retention. Heard all the buzz about these rounds but it is safe to say the hype is true. Sighted in with 3 shots out of my 16”WC I only found one hole on the target, thought there was a problem but upon closer inspection I noticed the hole was ragged. All 3 shots were there. Haven’t hunted yet with them but I can’t wait to do so! If they are as deadly as they are accurate they will be a definite winner.

Took this ammunition to Texas for a hog hunt. Shot great out of my 10.5″ 300 blackout. Dropped a hog at 100 yards where it stood. Bullet did great and made a devastating wound channel. This will be the only ammunition I hunt with in my 300 blackout.

Went 3/3 on my first deer hunt. All shots were right around 100-120 yards and none of them ran more than 40-50 yards. Can’t ask for much more than that. Pig hunt coming up soon to try and prove this round even more. Will be a returning customer.

Very consistent with good expansion. I was reluctant to use for bucks, all reservations are gone now. I dropped large buck at 100 yards with 1 shot deer moving 10 yards. The wound looks the same if you were using a 308 or similar larger cartridge.
