Sierra MatchKing bullets have set an incredible number of new national records. This projectile is well known for it’s excellent accuracy. Even with it’s pinpoint accuracy, we don’t recommend hunting with MatchKing bullets. Please note: The reduced pressures associated with subsonic ammunition can affect the proper cycling of gas operated firearms. Subsonic ammunition is best used with a suppressor. Suppressors create more back pressure and help achieve full cycling of the gas operated system.

I have been shooting gorilla ammo out of my 300blk for a while now and it is reliable. This subsonic is extremely quiet out of an 8″ barrel with a can. The ammo may be expensive, but it has been worth every penny.

The 220gr subsonic from Gorilla is an impressive round. Haven’t done extensive testing with it yet, but once I zero’d it, we were consistently hitting a 3″ little hostage steel plate at 50 yards with my Honey Badger.
