300 BlackOut 115gr Punisher Series – 20 Round Box
The 300 BLK 115gr Pig Punisher is designed for maximum terminal effectiveness against hogs, deer, and other medium size game. This round touts a lead free, solid copper projectile that breaks up immediately upon entry into soft tissue creating multiple wound channels. 4-5 fragments break off the front of the bullet and the base of the bullet stays together to reach effective penetration depths. The 115gr provides some extra mass to achieve more knockdown power with the same deadly bullet design.

The 115 Grain Pig Punisher shoots reliable and has tight groups at 100yds out of my 10.5 300blk. You can hear an audible thump every time these bullets connected with pigs. They either drop on contact or make it about 20 yards. Just picked up 2 more buckets.

I used the pig punisher ammo on a 285lbs boar here in Florida. Shot on a downward angle as the boar was looking at me and dropped his head. The shot was behind the skull into the vertebrae. Flattened the boar instantly. The boar guide said the .300 BO was not enough at the beginning of the hunt. Ammo shoots very consistent. Definitely will buy again.

My kid used this round on two deer this year, and the effects were devastating. Easily dropped both deer! It absolutely eviscerated the lungs of both deer, and made tracking the ~50 yards each time pretty easy. Highly recommended for all ages!

I haven’t been able to use these on game yet but while sighting my rifle in, these were the most accurate rounds I tried. They grouped well out of my 10.5 inch barrel. My experience with gorilla products and service has been 100 percent positive. They have earned my future business.

115 pig punishers for the blackout are lights out accurate. Highly recommend buying gorilla ammo. Wasn’t my first purchase and wont be the last.

Great shooting round. Dependable and consistent. My only complaint is my fault. These are basically fragible rounds. It clearly explains that in their description but all I read was HP. They kill what they hit but do not leave an exit wound so tracking them in the low country of southern Georgia is very difficult. I shot a 100+/- lb doe at 70 yards, doe ran off and there was no blood to follow. Looked for hours to no avail. Found it the next day by the smell about 80 yards from where I shot it in a pile of downed trees. Same thing for two other deer. Being such a small round and that the round breaks up instead of mushrooming, even shots 2″ behind the front leg, normally a drop shot, are not always gaurenteed to drop them where they stand. For more open country, I would say this is a fantastic round. Have never had a deer or hog run more than 80 yards before dropping…… just hard to track if you can’t see where they run.

This is not a review of the ammo but of the company.
I ordered about $300 worth of ammo from them and ups dropped the ball and lost the package, Michael and John over at gorilla got in touch with me and rode ups like lane frost on a bull. Needless to say they got it sorted out and got my ammo reshipped to me. I just got it in and I am looking forward to going and testing it out on some hogs this weekend. If the ammo is half as good as the customer service it is I might not even have to aim!

I purchased several types of .300 BO ammo from Gorilla’s factory in Vero and all I can say is that if I tell you I’m impressed that’s an understatement. All their ammo is literally the best ammo I’ve ever shot. I was zeroing in my rifle and when I put my first 100 yard shot on paper I was just under the bullseye… well I took 5 other shots and I thought something happened to my scope because I didn’t think the rounds were making it on the paper. For those of you local guys that know Sebastian gun range you know you have a while till the range goes cold and I thought I had to wait forever to bring the target back in to 50yards so I could make my adjustments. Well I was completely wrong! All 5 rounds were COMPLETELY stacked on top of themselves. I’m talking 1/8” off and round almost went perfectly though one of the other holes. This is a classic case of you get what you pay for and I can’t wait for them to get more .223 in stock so I can load up on those also.

Just shoot a deer with these. It was 93 yards i was very impressed. It only went about 30 yards before dropping.
