300 BlackOut 115gr, Controlled Chaos, Pig Punisher – 160 Round Bucket
The 300 BLK 115gr Lehigh Controlled Chaos Pig Punisher is designed for maximum terminal effectiveness against hogs, deer, and other medium size game. This round touts a lead free, solid copper projectile that breaks up immediately upon entry into soft tissue creating multiple wound channels. 4-5 fragments break off the front of the bullet and the base of the bullet stays together to reach effective penetration depths. We’ve loaded the 110gr Lehigh Controlled Chaos for years and it has proven to be a effective and popular product. The 115gr provides some extra mass to achieve more knockdown power with the same deadly bullet design.

Very reasonably priced ammo that ships quickly and performs well. This is Gorilla stamped brass with CCI BR-4 primers , not the LC brass with mil primers I got with my last order. Regardless, it’s accurate, clean, and leaves you with good brass to reload.
I am shooting this ammo through a 16″ Wilson Combat barrel with non-adjustable carbine length gas, a 3oz CAR buffer, and standard CAR spring and it is perfectly gassed/timed, dumping clean brass in a neat little pile at 4 o’clock, and shooting an average 5-shot group at 100m that is just at or a little under an inch. With a Magneto Speed chrono I get 2298fps which is right in line with Gorilla’s published MV and I get a SD of 11.7fps (pretty good for factory ammo) making for about a 150m deer round just like a semi-auto .30-30 Win equivalent. This is the first fall in a couple years I’ve been home to hunt so I’ll report back after I field test the bullet but based on my experience with monos this should be a killer.

I got these zeroed at 50 yards with my 9.5 barrel ar pistol.
The ammo is very consistent, and reasonably priced. I haven’t shot any hogs with them yet, but the hollow point rounds should provide excellent stopping power. I would recommend them to anyone that has a 300blkout pistol, and wants a good hunting or home defense round.
